Margaret Taylor has managed projects in the land use consulting industry since 1991, and operated as a profitable business owner in the industry since 1994. During those years, she handled zoning and permitting during riots, earthquakes, the dot com boom, housing bubbles, economic upturns and downturns. Throughout she helped her clients adapt to changing economic challenges and evolving zoning regulations. She specializes in workable solutions and effectively negotiating support with the community and city hall resulting in high approval rates. She has an MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, with an emphasis in Leadership and Managing Change.
Mike Obogeanu owned and operated restaurant and retail businesses for eight years, while obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. His additional work providing technical and IT support in the media and legal industries allowed him to develop a meticulous method of research and project management. Mike’s expertise is in business diagnostics, code compliance, research and outreach. His background working with diverse cultures allows him to effectively gain trust and develop agreements which benefit the business owner while satisfying city regulations and neighborhood concerns.
